What to write

If you want Perfloop on your own code, say which repository and what is slow, and we will set up an evaluation on it. If you maintain an open source project and want the machine on it, say which project; maintainers get a free allowance and run it on their own code. If you are reviewing us for security or procurement, the security page answers the standard questions, and we will complete your questionnaire from there.

If you already use Perfloop

Write to the same address for help. Name your workspace and link the Case or Initiative in the app. Say what you expected and what happened, and keep tokens and other credentials out of the email.

The docs say how Perfloop works and how to connect it, including through the MCP server. To report a security issue, email security@perfloop.ai.
